Study on the Current Carrying Characteristics of Pantograph Catenary Sliding Electrical Contact Under Fluctuating Load
In order to gain current carrying characteristics of pantograph catenary sliding electrical contacts underfluctuating loads
by using FCH-03 type pin on disc sliding electrical contact friction and wear test machine to simu-late the running state of pantograph catenary system
a lot of experiments were carried out to the copper/leachingcopper carbon slide under fluctuating load
different speed
current conditions. According to the experimental datathe curves of current receiving efficiency and current carrying stability under different conditions are drawn
and thetheoretical analysis to the sliding speed
current and fluctuating load that affect the current receiving efficiency andcorrelation analysis of arc interference are carried out. The research shows that the increase of current efficiency withthe contact pressure amplitude
decreases with the increase of frequency is smaller increases. The current carryingstability decreases with the increase of the contact pressure amplitude
and does not change with the frequency ofcontact pressure at low speed
with the increase of contact pressure high speed
it increases first and then decreases.Pantograph-catenary off-line and off-line arc are the main causes of high arch net current carrying quality decline.
