Analysis and Prediction of Transformer Overheating Fault Based on Chaotic Characteristics of Oil Chromatogram
For the purpose of reducing the interference due to fluctuation and nonlinearity of oil chromatographic data in the fault diagnosis of transformer using oil chromatographic data
the chaos theory was introduced to analyze the nonlinear system.First
the chaotic time series of oil chromatographic data were established by phase space reconstruction
the chaotic characteristics of the system were determined
and the fluctuation of oil chromatographic data was represented by the chaotic characteristic parameters. The variations of the chaotic characteristic parameters in different monitoring data segments of the characteristic gas from overheaing fault were compared
and the state information in the nonlinear data of the oil chromatogram was extracted.Based on the short-term predictability of chaotic series
the variation trend of gas content in oil was predicted by the largest Lyapunov exponent prediction method.Case analysis shows that the chaotic characteristic parameters of characteristic gases from overheating fault could precisely identify the overheating fault
and the content of dissolved gas in oil and its short-term variation trend could be accurately predicted after analyzing the corresponding chaotic time series. The example verifies the effectiveness of this method.
