This paper introduces how French government utilizes the regional development policy of renewable energy to solve the problems of imbalanced regional development and inharmonious participants’ interests

and offers suggestions for stable and orderly development of renewable energy in China. The French government is committed to promoting the development of renewable energy

legislates to establish the long-term goal of the national renewable energy construction and development

and make power grid enterprises and renewable energy generation enterprises implement the green energy transformation strategy in France

including coordinated planning of regional renewable energy development

calculation of the hosting capacity of each primary and secondary substations

sharing of the investments of power grid transformation

and so on

thus to achieve the target of orderly development.
