Distributions of Steady-state Magnetic Field and Electromagnetic Force of a Dry-type Air-core Filter Reactor Under Different Operating Conditions
The noise of dry-type air-core filter reactor originates from winding vibration generated by the electromagnetic force. In order to reduce the noise of filter reactor
the steady-state magnetic field and electromagnetic force of a certain type of dry-type air-core filter reactor under different operation conditions are calculated on the basis of the calculation principles of the magnetic field and electromagnetic force of the reactor. And the distributions of the steady-state magnetic field and electromagnetic force are analyzed. Calculation results show that the maximum axial magnetic field intensity of the reactor is 5.28 times of the maximum radial magnetic field intensity under the same operation condition
and the magnetic field intensity of the reactor at any position in space is linear with the operating current. The reactor bears the axial electromagnetic force to contract toward the middle in the axial direction
and also bears the radial electromagnetic force to expand outward in the radial direction. The radial electromagnetic force of each envelope of the reactor is linear with the square of the operating current. This paper may provide a basis for vibration and noise reduction of dry-type air-core filter reactors.
