To further reveal the vibration mechanism and characteristics of high-voltage reactors
a mathematical vibration model of windings and cores was established for an oil-immersed shunt reactor according to its structural characteristics and stress conditions. The vibration characteristics of the reactor were theoretically analyzed. An oil-immersion shunt reactor was used to conduct vibration experiment. The vibration characteristics of different measuring points
the selection of the best measuring points
the vibration varying law under different voltages
and the characteristic frequency of the vibration signal were studied. The results show that the vibration frequency of the reactor is mainly 100 Hz
and the vibration amplitude of the inner core cake is the largest. The vibration signal collected outside the oil tank can reflect the internal operating state of the reactor because it has the same vibration characteristics as those of the internal signal. The research results may be useful information and basis for the vibration and noise reduction of reactors and the analysis of reactor faults based on vibration method.
