Finite Element Analysis for Temperature Field of Winding in Large Oil-immersed Transformer
The load losses of large oil-immersed power transformer is very high.In addition
the structure of the winding and oil channel is much complex. In order to grasp the temperature distribution of the winding in large oil-immersed power transformer
based on the analysis of the loss and heat transfer in transformer
a multi-physical field coupled simulation model for 220 kV large oil-immersed power transformer is established.Based on the finite element analysis
the temperature-fluid field in the transformer is obtained. The results show that the temperature rises periodically along the axial height of the winding due to the influence of the oil baffle on the inside of the winding
and the local temperature distribution of the winding is unbalanced. The optimization design of the winding oil channel structure can improve the local unbalance of the temperature distribution of the winding and reduce the hot temperature of the winding.
