Study on the Anti-icing Effect of Photoelectric Hybrid Coating Applied to Composite Insulators
In order to solve the problem of composite insulator ice coating
the heat transfer balance model of composite insulators in the glaze weather was established. The calculation method of threshold anti-icing power density was put forward and its influencing factors were summarized.A preparation method of photoelectric hybrid coating was presented:using that precipitation method to prepare the FeMnCuO

complex metal oxide powder as light-absorbing pigment
using graphite as conductive paint and using room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber as base material to make photoelectric hybrid coating.Icing tests
was carried out on composite photoelectric composite insulator finally.Calculations proves that the threshold anti-icing power of composite insulators is between 23.7 and 635.6 W/m

.The ambient temperature and wind speed have a significant influence on it.The volume resistivity of the coating for anti-icing is between 6.38×10
5
and 4.47×10

Ω·cm.The intensity of solar required for anti-ice is between 144 and 1 899 W/m

.The test result shows that the above insulators all have anti-icing performance.Besides
the anti-icing performance was improved with the decrease of the resistance of the coating.
