摘要

气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备（gas insulated switchgear

GIS）拆装智能平台是一种用于户外拆装及检修的智能便携式辅助平台。文中针对目前220 kV GIS设备安装和检修过程中存在的低效率及安全性问题

设计一种GIS拆装智能平台

通过对平台失衡情况进行计算分析

表明在最恶劣工况下

GIS拆装智能平台都不存在失衡风险;同时对夹具、法兰和底部支架进行应力仿真

结果表明

GIS拆装智能平台可承受的应力满足设计要求

验证了GIS拆装智能平台的可行性。

Abstract

Gas Insulated Switchgear（GIS） disassembly and assembly intelligent platform is an intelligent portable for outdoor disassembly and maintenance.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and safety in the process of installation and maintenance of 220 kV GIS equipment

this paper designs an intelligent platform for disassembly and assembly of GIS.By calculating and analyzing the unbalanced situation of the platform

it shows that there is no unbalanced risk in the worst working conditions of the intelligent platform for disassembly and assembly of GIS;at the same time

the stress simulation of fixture

flange and bottom bracket is carried out.The stress simulation results show that the stress of the intelligent platform for GIS disassembly and assembly meets the design requirements

which verifies the feasibility of the intelligent platform for GIS disassembly and assembly.
