Suppression of Overshoot and Rebound of Circuit Breaker Contacts Driven by Motor Operating Mechanism
In order to suppress the overshoot and rebound of the contact during the closing operation of the circuit breaker and improve the output characteristics of the motor operating mechanism
the paper analyzes the closing movement process of the circuit breaker contact of the motor operating mechanism. The mathematical relationship between the moving contact stroke of the circuit breaker and the load torque of the driving motor is obtained. The closedloop segmentation control strategy is used to adjust the output torque of the motor operating mechanism drive motor to achieve effective suppression of contact overshoot and rebound. The control device with digital signal processor(DSP) as the core is developed
and the closing operation experiment of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism was carried out.The data of the contact strokes in the experimental process are compared and analyzed. The results show that when the driving motor rotates at 0°~10°
10°~36°
360°~64° respectively
the duty cycle of 1
0.4 and 0.8 can effectively restrain the overshoot and rebound of the contact
and the response time of the motor control mechanism is short
which ensures the reliability of the permanent magnet mechanism closing operation
