Fabrication and Sensing Properties of AuNPs-SnO2-RGO Based SOF2 Sensors
gas discharge decomposition in gas insulated switched(GIS).Online monitoring of SOF
2
gas concentration in GIS can effectively reflect the operating state of GIS in real time.In view of the fact that the traditional tin dioxide-based gas sensor detects the SF
6
decomposition component
the working temperature is high and the gas response sensitivity is low. This pape
r proposes a hydrothermal method for preparing gold nanoparticles/tin dioxide/reduced graphene oxide(AuNPs-SnO
2
-RGO) hybrid nanomaterials for the detection of SF
6
gas discharge decomposition components. The gas-sensing properties of AuNPs-SnO
2
-RGO hybrid materials were studied by exposure to SOF
2
.Results showed that AuNPs-SnO
2
-RGO sensors had desirable response/recovery time.Compared with pure RGO(’396/748 s) and SnO
2
/RGO(302/467 s)
the response/recovery time ratios of AuNPs-SnO
2
-RGO sensors for 50 μL/L SOF
2
at 110 ℃ were 41/68 s
respectively.Furthermore
the sensor has good repeatability and stability. Finally
the sensing mechanism of the prepared sensor is discussed.
