Study on Pores Inhomogeneity Problem of Polyurethane Foam Filled in Perfusion Post Insulator
The pores inhomogeneity of polyurethane foam filled in perfusion post insulator may cause partial discharge. No detailed studies have been made on the inhomogeneity of polyurethane foam at home and abroad. In this paper
the pore structure of polyurethane materials was observed in depth. The material properties of the polyurethane are analyzed from the perspective of the non-uniformity of the pores. Then
according to the distribution of the pores
the new method of evaluating the inhomogeneity of polyurethane foam in perfusion post insulator is given. The effect of the inhomogeneity of polyurethane foam and the size of pore on the electrical properties are investigated by partial discharge experiment.A new evaluating method of pores inhomogeneity is presented. It is concluded that the distribution of polyurethane foam is related to eccentric distance.Excess reactants will make this trend more obvious and increase the partial discharge of polyurethane materials.
