Risk Priority Evaluation of Power Transformer Parts Based on Intuitionistic Fyzzy VIKOR Method
The risk quantification analysis of power equipment inevitably contains fuzzy index information which is difficult to be quantified objectively but needs to be determined subjectively. In view of the deficiency of describing such subjective uncertainty information in current researches
a method for evaluating the risk priority of power transformer parts is proposed by considering the mixed multi-attribute evaluation information and combining the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and extended VIKOR theory.Firstly
the evaluation information of different types of risk indicators is transformed into a form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers which is more in line with the actual decision-making.On this basis
the concept of fuzzy entropy is introduced to determine the importance of experts and the group opinions are aggregated by IFWA operator. At the same time
in order to reflect the true level of index weight to a larger extent
the weight optimization model under intuitionistic fuzzy environment is constructed by comprehensively considering multiple factors
and the risk priority of parts is determined by using VIKOR method. Finally
the example analysis shows that this method can cover and process different kinds of evaluation information
effectively reduce the subjective error from human
and makes the evaluation results more accurate and reliable.
