摘要

配电网发生故障时

计及分布式电源的配电网可能进入孤岛划分模式运行。文中针对分布式电源接入可能带来的孤岛运行模式

提出以负荷失电损失最小为目标的孤岛划分算法。首先对失电区域建立孤岛划分模型

简化负荷节点信息

引入功率圆的概念

通过搜索孤岛划分的可行域

形成孤岛划分矩阵

进而建立孤岛划分求解方法

实现故障后配电网失电区域的负荷恢复。PG&E 69节点算例验证了文中孤岛划分方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract

The distribution network considering the distributed power supply

in case of fault in the distribution network

may possibly enter into island partition mode for operation. In view of the island operation mode due to the access of distributed power supply

the island partition algorithm with minimum power loss of load as the target is proposed. Firstly

the island partition model of the power loss area is set up

the load node information is simplified and the concept of power circle is introduced. The island partition matrix is formed by way of searching the feasibility of island partition so to set up solution method of island partition and realize the load recovery of the power loss area after fault. Both feasibility and effectiveness of the island partition scheme mentioned in this paper are verified by the example of PG&E 69 node power system.
