Research on Current Carrying Capacity of Disconnector at High and Low Temperature Conditions
Taking the key parts of the disconnector contact as the research object
the theoretical model of temperature rise is established. Through the ±60 ℃ high and low temperature test platform
the current carrying parameters such as contact surface clamping force
compression spring force
contact wear rate and circuit resistance before and after 1 000 mechanical operations are tested. The contact temperature rise test is designed to quantitatively analyze the influence of high and low temperature on the current flow capacity of the contact. The relationship curve between temperature and contact clamping force
silver coating wear and contact resistance is established
and the changes of contact clamping force
silver coating and contact resistance with temperature are analyzed. Through experimental research
it can be seen that the low-temperature environment has less impact on the contact temperature rise than the high-temperature environment
which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of disconnector contact and the improvement of current carrying capacity.
