摘要

气相色谱分析油中特征气体可诊断运行变压器状态

发现设备内部缺陷

提前进行计划性检修可避免设备缺陷发展成故障。但实验室色谱分析油的前处理工序主要依赖人工

人工操作造成的数据误差从而导致设备状态误判。文中研制了变压器油色谱自动前处理装置

首先分析了自动前处理关键技术

然后完成了自动前处理装置设计和样机

最后进行了数据准确性和重复性验证

符合色谱检测标准要求

可以代替人工对油样的前处理

为状态检修提供有效支撑。

Abstract

Analysis of dissolved gas in oil by chromatography can diagnose operation condition of transformer

find internal defect of the equipment and conduct planned maintenance so to avoid development of the equipment from defect into fault. However

the preprocessing procedure of chromatographic analysis of oil in the laboratory mainly relies on manual operation and the data error caused by manual operation leads to the misjudgment of the equipment.In this paper

the automatic preprocessing device for transformer oil chromatography is developed. First

the key technology of automatic preprocessing is analyzed. Then

the design and prototype of the automatic preprocessing device are completed. Finally

the data accuracy and repeatability are verified. It meets the requirements of chromatographic testing standards

can replace manual preprocessing of oil sample and can provide effective support for condition maintenance.
