摘要

电痕劣化引起绝缘破坏是发生在有机绝缘材料表面特有的绝缘破坏形式。环氧树脂作为高压电气设备的绝缘材料在使用过程中不可避免地受到各种环境因素的影响而导致材料的电老化

进而影响电气设备运行的安全性与可靠性。文中以双酚A环氧树脂为基础

通过试验的方法对添加不同形貌填料的环氧树脂试样进行耐电痕研究同时也测取了添加填料后环氧树脂材料的介电常数以及击穿强度等基础参数和其阻燃特性

分析了不同形貌填料对环氧树脂关键性能的影响

从而为环氧树脂耐电痕性能配方研究提供指导。

Abstract

Insulation damage due to electrical tracking is a special insulation damage form occurring on the surface of organic insulation materials. The electrical aging of material of epoxy resin

the insulation material in high voltage electrical equipment

is unavoidable during the application due to the influence of various service conditions

thus effecting safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment. In this paper

the electrical tracking resistance for the epoxy resin sample added with different morphology fillers is studied with bisphenol-a epoxy resin as the base and by way of test method and

at the same time

such fundamental parameters as permittivity and breakdown strength of the epoxy resin material after adding the filler as well as its flame retardant performance are measured. The influence of different morphology filler on the key performance of epoxy resin is analyzed so to provide some instruction to the recipe study of electrical tracking resistance of epoxy resin.
