Research on Characteristics Analysis Technology of Vibration Signal of Mechanical Defects in GIS Equipment
The detection of mechanical vibration defects is one of the effective means to ensure safe operation of GIS equipment. However
there is still lack of systematic research on the vibration of mechanical defects for various components of GIS equipment. In this paper
one highly sensitive detection device for the vibration state of GIS equipment is developed
a high-voltage and high-current test platform for mechanical defects of GIS equipment
which simulates 5 kinds of typical defects
is set up
and study on the vibration signal characteristics test of GIS equipment is performed. The test results show that in case the load current remains unchanged
the vibration signal hardly changes with the variation of voltage. Under the action of same voltage
the vibration signal waveform remains basically unchanged
and the amplitude of the vibration signal increases with the increase of the load current. While
in the case of mechanical defects
the main frequency spectrum of the vibration signal is 100 Hz
with more high frequency components superimposed
and vibration signals of different defects show different frequency and amplitude characteristics. The frequency band energy characteristic analysis method based on Fourier analysis is adopted to construct vibration feature fingerprint database for typical defects. The results in this paper can be used for mechanical defect detection and type identification of GIS equipment as well as the guidance of maintenance work on site.
