Study on Mechanical Kinematics Characteristics of Type CT601 Spring Operating Mechanism
The transmission system in the spring operating mechanism is the key part to transmit force and motion
and the deviation of the motion trajectory from the design position will greatly affect the motion characteristics of the mechanism. In view of the flywheel disk offset fault which is found in the mechanical endurance test of a clamping plate spring operating mechanism in this paper
the rigid body kinematics model is set up by RecurDyn and its mechanical characteristics of closing and opening process are analyzed. The experimental platform of mechanical characteristics is set up
and the obtained experimental results are compared with the simulation results
which verifies the accuracy of the simulation. By changing the angle of flywheel disc
the variation of mechanical characteristics with different deviation degrees is analyzed. The results show that the deviation of flywheel disc will lead to faster closing speed and shorter closing time
and even lead to the failure of closing lock system
thus leading to direct closing after the charging. The work done in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the comparison between the subsequent structural improvement and various parameter schemes
thus shortening the research and development cycle and design guidance.
