摘要

近年来非SF

气体在高压开关设备中的应用研究发展很快并取得了工程应用经验，特别是C

-FN（C

CN，全氟异丁腈，简称C

-FN）混合气体具有优良的综合性能，已经成为最有希望替代SF

的绝缘气体。文中基于气体绝缘金属封闭高压开关设备的研发，对C

-FN混合气体的绝缘性能、开断性能、安全性能进行了研究总结，梳理了C

-FN混合气体技术在GIS断路器开发中的短路电流开断能力、C

-FN气体开断损耗、水分敏感性以及长期稳定性等关键问题，并对混合气体应用中的环保和健康安全性进行了分析，同时介绍了在高压开关设备上开发应用和运行维护情况。研究结果对开发更高电压等级的环保型GIS可提供参考。

Abstract

In recent years

the research on application of non SF

gas technology for high-voltage switchgear has developed rapidly and the engineering application experience has also obtained. Especially

-FN (C

perfluorobutyl acrylategas

-FN in short) gas mixture has excellent comprehensive performance and has become the most promising environmentally friendly insulation alternative gas to SF

. Based on the research and development of gas insulated metal enclosed high-voltage switchgear

in this paper the insulation performance

-FN gas mixture are studied and summarized. The key issues of C

-FN gas mix

ture technology in GIS circuit breaker development

and operation as well as maintenance in high-voltage switchgear are introduced. The research results can provide reference for the development of environmental friendly GIS at higher voltage levels.
