Experimental Research on Mechanical Properties of Copper Wires in Transformer Winding Under Thermal Effects
bonding strength and axial bending stress of winding are important indicators to assess short-circuit resistance of transformer. In this paper the test methods and steps of yield strength
bonding strength and axial curing coefficient are introduced
and the trend and value ranges of parameters variation of above-menioned three windings under the combined action of different sizes
temperatures
wire cores and delivery year are obtained by the test. At the same time
the yield strength and self-adhesive strength of transformer copper aire at room temperature and multiple temperature cycles are innovatively tested respectively with aim of exploring the influence of electromagnetic force and temperature cycle reciprocating on the mechanical properties of copper wire under multiple short-circuit impacts
thereby providing a reference for short-circuit resistance verification of transformer.
