Research on Evaluation Method of Intelligent Equipment Inspection Points in Substations Based on Improved TOPSIS Method
the inspection points of such intelligent inspection equipment as robots and drones are mainly preset empirically by human
which are time-consuming and labor-intensive and difficult to guarantee the inspection quality. For achieving highly intelligent
high-quality and high-efficiency inspection of substations
an evaluation method of inspection point generation quality of intelligent inspection equipment is proposed. First
an automatic inspection point deployment method based on shooting potential model is proposed for the shooting quality
light fit and inspection efficiency of substation intelligent equipment. Then
a comprehensive evaluation method based on the improved TOPSIS method is proposed to determine the comprehensive weights of indicators by hierarchical analysis and entropy weighting method
and to determine the optimal solution in accordance with the closeness of each solution to the ideal solution. Finally
an example calculation is performed at a substation in China. The results show that the robot and UAV joint inspection point deployment scheme based on the shooting potential model is the most suitable optimal scheme for the substation
and the auxiliary verification is performed in the unreal engine based on the real images of inspection points deployed by each scheme.
